Significant Achievement Award

At Wednesday's meeting, our District Governor, Stella Roy came to Goose Bay this week and presented the Happy Valley Goose Bay Rotary Club with a Significant Achievement Award from Rotary International for our clubs 25 years of Santa to the Coast. This is a very prestigious rotary award given to only around 100 clubs annually out of some 34000 clubs worldwide. It is certainly a great honor to have bestowed on our club. It was even more special on Wednesday to have the announcement and presentation at our meeting with our 2 Santas, Warwick and Philip present along with Geoff who has photographed the event for years and James from NGC and Don who hosted the gift packing for years.
